Professional Profile

With 18 years working within strategic management, business growth, HR and organisational development, I use this knowledge and experience to help our clients excel in terms of business performance. My primary focus at Pod is working alongside business owners on the development and rollout of business strategies which ensure the achievement of their professional and personal visions. Another of my key activities is leading, growing and coaching the Pod team throughout New Zealand.

In 2011 I was a finalist for the Bloom Business Woman of the Year awards and in 2012 Pod was named as winner of the Auckland Business Awards’ Invesure Productions Small Business of the Year and RSM Prince Excellence in Strategy and Planning.

Outside of work I spend my time with my husband and two kids, paddle boarding or enthusiastically assisting in our latest renovation project!
