Trish Love

Commencing my career as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and founding my public practice, Love to Grow in 1997, (www.lovetogrow.co.nz), I have grown my own business through the same growth steps you might be experiencing yourself. I am also well versed in thriving in the Corporate world.
First training in a medium sized international accounting firm, I quickly became fascinated re which elements created permanent success in some clients and yet not in others. 26 years later, I have released through a USA publisher, the first of a series of books on the underlying causes impacting financial intelligence. I am focusing on the importance of combining your financial belief system and actions when applying your leadership personally and also professionally in your work/business.

Alongside my own personal practices and the tools shared in my new book “Love to Grow” I have also developed and piloted the “Love to Grow Business Leadership Programme” in Auckland and Wellington for two years before launching the programme fully. I am instrumental in assisting these business owners through a holistic business growth programme to achieve the milestones needed in their critical path for better results. Working closely with many subject matter experts of other disciplines, I am the leading facilitator of the monthly workshops. I also lead
monthly CFO, strategy and tactical growth meetings for each business under this programme and oversees meetings with subject matter experts from wide business disciplines. I have a unique capacity for compassion in the financial intelligence area, and acknowledge what it’s like to not feel 10 feet tall and bullet proof when finances are not as easy as desired.
