After 35 years’ experience in the public service Tony stepped out into self-employment as an Employee Relations Specialist and established his own company, McKone Consultancy Ltd.
McKone Consultancy Ltd was created in July 2013 and through this company Tony has established a credible business with a customer base comprising private and public companies, not-for-profits, health agencies, and government agencies. Tony provides advocacy support for collective agreement negotiations, undertakes employment investigations, and provides a range of day to day HR advice and support.
